Both customers and experts endorsed it, describing it as "Designed for children aged 3 and up, this four-level spacecraft features astronauts, aliens and futuristic equipment, including a landing rover, realistic beauty accessories and a carefully crafted design. The detachable top rocket section allows independent play, helping children explore unknown worlds, build their imagination and develop creativity as they play."
Hape’s Four–Stage Rocket Ship wooden rocket has attracted plenty of attention from parents. Jane, a mother from Lincolnshire, said of the product: “My children were so excited to play with this rocket together. It is well made and sturdy, and its durability is a real plus. It feels worth the price. The rocket’s design is very appealing, and the matching pieces, such as the space vehicle, encourage play. The children enjoy playing with it for long stretches. It encourages them to use their imagination—for example, pretending to be astronauts heading into space.”
This kind of pretend play helps develop imagination, language and the ability to play with others. Read more in Why Children Love Pretend-Play Toys.
Caution: The rocket set contains figures and small parts that could enter a child’s mouth and cause choking. Follow the manufacturer’s age recommendation (3 years and up), keep the pieces out of reach of children under 3, and supervise closely during play.
